Carmel Jyothi Trust Distributes Protein Food to 19 TB Patients in Aland Taluk

In its continued commitment to community health and well-being, Carmel Jyothi Public Charitable Trust, Kadaganchi, organized a protein food distribution program for 19 tuberculosis (TB) patients in Aland Taluk on 10th July 2025.

The event was marked by a message of encouragement and health awareness from Dr. Sushil, Taluk Health Officer. He emphasized that timely medical treatment combined with proper nutrition plays a crucial role in defeating TB.

“With hope, discipline, and nutritious support, TB can be completely cured,” he said, encouraging patients to adopt a healthy lifestyle and follow their treatment faithfully.

Dr. Sushil commended Carmel Jyothi Trust for its selfless service and dedication to public health. He acknowledged the Trust’s significant contributions to humanitarian welfare, expressing hope that such initiatives would inspire others to work toward health and social development.

Also present at the program were Mr. Vishal (Taluk TB Officer), Fr. Deepak Thomas (Superior, Sannidhi), and Fr. William Miranda (Secretary, Carmel Jyothi Public Charitable Trust).

The program once again highlighted the Trust’s mission of serving the marginalized and promoting holistic healing through compassionate and practical support.
